Chats can be across operating systems, as well. So, be it business or social, Google Hangouts is a great tool for communication.

Drive is a resource that allows you to store information. It also comes with a Word processing/Spreadsheet/powerpoint tool known as Google Docs, which is free to use.

Gmail is an e-mail service from google (duh) and is once again, accessible via your google account.
